"I have built a successful real estate business over the past 21 years, however it didn’t start out that way. In the beginning I worked hard to master the technical side of being a realtor, but I was not running a business. I had a 100 hour-a-week job and all of the responsibilities of owning a business. If I stopped working, everything stopped working. This was not sustainable.
